Two More Okonomiyaki Dishes

I decided to cook a couple of other versions of okonomiyaki and then had half of each kind for supper tonight. The leftover thawed cooked shrimp were an appetizer with a bit of seafood sauce and the whole thing was washed down with a cold mug of beer with a squeeze of lime. No salt in the beer, though I usually add some.
