I'm with you on the sofa, girl. I'll read Spander, but I just don't get it... (Then, why read? chiefly for the banter, and because the writer is someone who makes it temporarily credible.)

Thanks for the recs; I do like Canon!Xander, when he's not acting like a horse's patoot.

I've just been reading Rob Sorenson's fic. You're absolutely right about the quality. However, I would *really* have appreciated a warning that the last one of the trilogy, Trust, was a WIP!

No, not wrong at all. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I have read it and liked it a lot. I will reread it tonight so thanks for the reminder.

And yes, I could have just point to Liz and nehepcat and said, read it all. But I wanted a few other authors in there, lol.

I'm curious as to which of these others that you've read and your take on them, seeing as you're a big Xander fan.

Oh, nice. As always, these look like great recs. I've been meaning to read some Xander fic--mostly because I've read barely any.

This is a great bunch imho because I've included all genres here and quite a few pairings. Really, they are all exceptional.

Thanks so much for the recs. It made me wonder why I simply read stories and move on, instead of keeping track of the ones I like.

One issue: the link for Here Comes A Candle appears to be dead.

It wasn't dead yesterday, so I'm guessing there's a temporary issue with Yseult's site since not one of her fics is available at the moment.

As it so happens, it the only place on the entire internet that I can currently find that fic, so I hope the link is back up by tomorrow.

You are more than welcome. There is a lot of great post-chosen Xander fic out there nowadays, much harder to find earlier Xander fics.
