Adrenaline overtook arousal as her intimate connection with Cara was broken. She rolled off the table, clutching what was left of her clothes around her. I really don't dislike Richard per say, in the tv show. I've never read the books for very important reasons, so I can't speak to that. But I guess the thing that bothers me about him is that he's obviously a wish-fulfillment character for the expected target demographic of 13 year old straight boys. But, if he weren't all in love with Kahlan and stealing her from my pretty Cara, I think Richard and I could be alright with each other.

I’ve been reading since you started despite my initial uncertainty (‘cause is such a different AU). But I have to say, it keeps getting better and better!!
Can’t wait for more!!
Just wanted to say that I was a little disappointed that Richard saved Cara... I mean, we’re talking about a badass Mord’Sith! I’m sure she would’ve been able to beat the crap out of Denna, kill the other Mord’Siths, hijack a plane, follow and rescue Kahlan. Before lunch.
Still loving every minute of it! Great storytelling!

I anticipated a little unhappiness with the Richard move, but really, he had to come back for story purposes. Hopefully later events will make up for this one.

Awesome: "Never let yourself get executed by an ex, that was one of Cara’s mottos."
Hilarious: “There was a kitten stuck in a tree. That’s why we got delayed.”
“I sure fucking hope you’re joking,”
Go get her, Cara!
I love Richard in his -- he's so cute. He needs someone.
