Does, uh, anyone here know how to...go about making yourself forget things? Like, really shitty things. Is there a way to do that? Does anyone have powers that can make that happen? Just curious.

It's hard, I know. That's why I'm trying to get some outside help.

Well if you ever figure out the secret, let me know, dude.

Ya know Sasha? Sasha Nein? Because I think he might be able to help. Sounds like the kinda thing he'd be good with.

I will.

...Yeah I know that guy. We haven't totally gotten along, but he's alright I guess.

I'll hold you to that. [big dorky grin over here]

He's the best ever, once you get to know him. He can be a little... ya know. But really, he's awesome. He's helped me with a lot of stuff already.

[supervegan]

He reminds me of someone I used to know, I'm still a bit wary of him. But if I decide I need help, I'll try asking him, I guess.

[she totally understands that, so she just nods] Hey, I get it, man. It's hard to trust somebody if they're too much like somebody you already... you know... hate, or whatever.

Not someone I hate. Just someone who hates me.

[godsmommy]

[she nods] Ugh, been there. Feel free to just totally ignore me, but why do they hatecha, anyway?

I wasn't the type of son he wanted, and he and mom never could have any more even though they tried.

[godsmommy]

[Heather's eyes soften at that and all of a sudden there's a ridiculous amount of sympathy there. Also because maybe she's had worries about the same sort of thing]

Oh, man. I'm so sorry...

I think it'd be fine if I could hate him as much as he hates me. I've tried to, but I still want his approval more than anything and that's fucking up everything else in my life. I'm trying to get over him, but if I can't I'd prefer to just get rid of that part of my past than stay like this.

[godsmommy]

It's kinda impossible to hate your parents, huh? [she gives him another sympathetic look. She's got daddy issues too, even if hers are sort of the opposite of his]

Yeah, it's kinda hard to get rid of the past. Believe me, if you could, I'd have erased a ton of stuff.

[she gives him a small smile] But sometimes it helps to talk about it. You know, if ya need somebody to listen. I'm like, all ears over here, man.
