Can you guess what I'm going to make tomorrow?

Right now I'm braising the rest of my pot roast and wondering what to do with some of the items I brought home on Saturday. I'm not quite sure how much energy I'm going to have so my ideas keep changing.


Celeriac and Potatoes




Pot Roast Dinner - Braised Tri Tip Roast, Carrots, Celeriac and Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Gravy made from the braising liquid




If you've forgotten, this is is what I'm working with.


1. A couple of small bok choy cabbages, celeriac (celery root), green onions and some limes




2. A handful of whole white button mushrooms or about a cup or so of sauteed mushrooms that didn't fit into my Shooter's sandwich.




3. And one of these (picture the steak without the seasonings)




I've got a wide assortment of starches that I can pair with the beef: rice, noodles/pasta, couscous (Israeli or regular), potatoes and spices from a number of cuisines.
