I just had to see these while at work... ugh.
So these hurt my head. Many are funny. All are unsettling to some degree. Very few are actual metaphors. Okay, none of them are... still, I recommend numbers 2, 5, 6, 19, and 20.

I hate my co-workers... one in particular because he does not listen to anything you tell him. Actually, that's not completely it. You can stop, explain something to him, and pray that he gets it, but all he does is replay "no, we have to blah blah blah." So yeah... yesterday, I felt like I was molting. Oddly enough, that word just seems to fit.
Result--I spent a long time preening. It had been a while. My hair is now ultra short.
My feathers are now in prime condition for flight. huzzah. -

A weird thing happened to me not more than 30 minutes ago.
I just helped a student with the intro of her essay. That's not weird; that's what I do. After we were finished with the session, she thanked me and said I really helped her a lot. Again, I get that a fair amount. The weird thing was after that.
