Well, my mother always forbid me to have rats, because they are unclean. (Lie, I know!)

That is why I had to do with hamsters.

Well, actually I wanted a hamster first. But I also wanted rats and mice and weren't allowed to have them, because of their uncleanness. (Lie!!!)

I guess you didn't know that that is not true, which is why you got rats, right?
