In an effort to become a loser, which I have posted about
here 2 months ago, I went back to the basics of doing some calisthenics, sit-ups/crunches and jogging/using the elliptical (especially when it's raining). Last night, I had the chance to do some power walking with one of my QV kabarkadas, Tinnie.
