You guys are probably like "wtf Kali stfu with these letter projects" but um sry letter_project is amazing because Dorea/Charlus is amazing and so is latine, and I have to pimp this one because piratesmile_x is doing all of the actual work, you know, hosting it and such.

I find that facebook group hilarious more than anything, particularly because I found it whilst searching for UR's group.

It would be nice, I think, if some of that inspiration would manifest itself in the from of original fiction for once -- but then I haven't written that in several years and something is better than nothing, I guess. Plus it is a sad but true fact that fanfiction has totally contributed to any amount of writing talent I might have now, lol.

I agree. I don't think HP is neccessarily the best work of literature ever written and I think anyone who says it is ... probably ought to read more, but I think I'll always adore it, even if when I am 80 they've become 2070's equivalent of The Hardy Boys and my hypothetical grandkids cannot fathom why on earth I would ever, ever have waited in line at midnight to get a copy of the 7th one. I haven't reread any of them since I did my Massive Harry Potter Re-Read up to and including DH, but I'm pretty certain the spines are going to be well worn in a few years' time.

I feel you on the double life, yo. While those nearest and dearest to me all know I read fanfiction, I would rather die than tell them I have written any. I don't know why.

Although the list isn't really "comprehensive," considering every fic listed is from the Marauder era.

Anyway, yeah, though I have one friend who knows I read/write fanfiction because she also reads it, we're both incredibly secretive and I do my best to prevent others from figuring it out, lol. I AM SO ASHAMED D:

And yeah, it's really not very comprehensive... lirl. It just makes me laugh that some Hopkins alumni is reading my fanfiction and reccing it on facebook wtf. ....MAYBE HE'S READING THIS RIGHT NOW :O

Whatever, even though I lurk your writings for the most part, I have to say that I'm totally in love with Dorea/Charlus because of your guys project and I'm excited to see this one only because a lot of people keep botching new pairings instead of making me want to read them but you've never done that so :D
