Well-written, as usual. The emotional bleakness is well-described. I prefer happier endings, myself, though this is probably the way it would really happen, were this relationship possible in canon.

I love how Tink is twirling, btw...Disney has always been special in our family. Our oldest daughter wants to be an animator 'cause her dad said (when she was about four) that we could get into the parks for free if she worked for Disney. And now's she's been accepted at USC. Okay, so totally depressed now *sigh*. Wonderfully written. You made me really feel for Hermione. I agree with all those that said this was shouting for a companion piece. Actually I think it's screaming at the top of it's lungs.
