writing and illustrating children's books was something i always wanted to to. haha you have more talent than i do so i'm sure you could do it!

the very hungry caterpillar by eric carle was one of my favourite books when i was little just because of the illustrations. if you can make books that stand out in a child's memory like that, then you know you have talent. :D

I bought all the Madonna children's books...which people can knock her down for all they want, but they are quality. Are they excellent examples of chilren's lit, probably not, but they are decent with good messages.

Mind you, I think writing children's books is something that requires alot of skill and practice. Most people like at children's books as simplistic and easy to write, but in reality they are actually really difficult. But it's an excellent goal, go with it!!!!
