 The government, in my opinion, has no place to tell people if their marriage is valid or not.    This is church interfering with state, and is against the law.  And, as I found studying the constitution with my homophobic teacher, "the persuit of happiness" only applies to those who do things "right".  That, is complete and utter bullshit.  If you
