It is weird to see the date as December 31st, at least a few seconds ago it was. I've just suddenly realized that this is the absolute last day of 2006 and I just feel weird about that. All of a sudden this year is over and it has gone by so fast and 10 years from now they will be going by even faster. I never feel anything when the clock strikes

with december 31st you feel like you need to get things done, but with january 1st its like a new beginning
