My new routines:
- do sit-ups and/or push-ups until I can't anymore every time justifiable anxiety overwhelms me
- do sit-ups or push-ups every until I can't anymore time I can't sleep
- write things out by hand instead of typing everything all the time
At this rate I am going to be the
Strongest Man in the World by the end of the summer, I think
