It's been months since we have talked. I have tried to be strong, it might not have worked too well, but I tried.
And then one 45 minute phone call and any progress I've made seems to have disappeared.

I knew it was always supposed to be me and you. Why did it take leaving me for you to figure that out too? I miss you.
Hours spent on the phone don't quite make up for the fact I can't be near you anymore.
