At work this morning, I was in the worst mood: cramps + fatigue + nausea. Steve came in the office to "chat", and somehow during our conversation about menstruation or whatever, he said, "I thought you wanted to have kids." I said, "With the way the environment is going, I'd rather not have my child suffering in such harsh conditions." He responded

December 21st 2012 is the day when the Dark Lord Cromdor will come back and eat the souls of babies and turn them into automaton workers bent on turning the Pacific Ocean and all surrounding areas into a bathtub replete with giant rubber duckies for Cromdor. Incidently, he will also be turning the Amazon rain forest into a giant strip club called "Amazance". It shall be a great time of rejoicing.
