Shortstory Fragment. a time consuming cut.

She ran.  She had been running for what felt like days through the strangely empty canyons made by the glass and steel towers around her.  Still he kept up with her.  The pain in her side and lungs was unbearable, but still she ran, her heart practically beating out of her chest.

i very much enjoy your characters- especially Trent! The plot is a bit cryptic, but i'm sure that's intentional.... Are you going to post what happens next?

Oh, and this is based on WW Vampire Masquerade, right? ;D

it is indeed based upon Vampire: The Masquerade(R). the characters are all original, but the terms and structure of vampiric society is besed upon the game.

I plan on making it a monthly goal to come out with another few pages...no garauntees though...as I said before, it's taken me over 6 months to get those few pages written...I already have about another page done, but I'm saving it until I have a little more before posting it...sometimes when I sit down to write I only get one or two sentences in before I'm called away for more important duities...stay tuned. more to come...

I suppose I should spend a little time writing...maybe next week. I've got a lot of packing/cleaning/preparing/running-around-like-a chicken-with-my-head-cut-off-ing to do this week...I promise to have something for you all before september...it's taken me about 6 months to write what I have thus far...I have a feeling that this story will take me a very long time to finish...and since it now has a following...I suppose I should finish it...
