How quickly we forget. I just got back from spending the weekend in New Orleans.One year and a few months later and  it looks like nothing's changed. Trees are scattered every which way, roads are uprooted and hard to drive across, roofs are caved in, stores shut down, debris and trash everywhere . And most of all, it was and still is an abandoned
