I have come to an important life decision. :)  I'm giving up on growing plants in dirt.  (For now...at least until I get a place with enough light and room for growing things that I can justify buying proper supplies for a larger selection of plants.)  I don't know very much about water gardens yet--there seems to be a lot of conflicting

These people have good (but expensive) hydroponic supplies. I think they must have a big pot-growing customer base, but most of their products are perfect for apartment dwellers, too.

Thanks! I'll check them out. There's one of these stores a little ways out of town. Among other things, I've been trying to figure out whether I need to buy some kind of special nutrient mix to put in the water if I'm just growing houseplants, but nobody seems to agree on exactly what I need. :-/

I'm trying to figure out whether you mean growing plants in pots or growing pot...in Bloomington one can never be sure ;)
