hi keena. the bright colors will be brought in with my furniture of course as well as accent colors from pillows, throws, rugs, accents, and draperies in my bedroom and office. I live the contrast of neutral walls and then having my furniture and home accents pop and add color

no LOL im not moving to Atlanta. It's too hot and too far away from my family. I've never been there before but hey if I like it, in about 5-10 years who knows. For now I'm in Long Beach.

The text book definition of escrow is - Escrow is a legal arrangement in which an asset (such as cash, real property or other tangible assets) is deposited into safekeeping (e.g., a bank account) under the trust of a neutral third party (escrow agent) pending satisfaction of contractual contingency or condition. Once the condition has been met, the escrow agent will deliver the asset to the party prescribed by the contract.So basically they are there to ensure everything goes smoothly when purchasing property. They also check things like liens, lawsuits etc so that you are made of aware of these things and don't get suckered in to a bad deal. They also give you time to come up with the neccessary documentation/funds to purchase real estate. Escrow can be as short as 30 days and close even sooner, or as long as 90 days.
