Beautiful, lots of potential.
it's fun to dream, huh? Justin is infatuated with a couple of houses on Riverside... Either there or in the Bluefield subdivision in Donelson. Not that I am going to end up with him, but he loves my realtracs access, and we critique houses we like and how we'd change them, and what we'd put where. It's fun. Plus, GOD, I'd love to live on Riverside!

As for the house in Madison - carpets got to go. I'm kindof in love with bamboo flooring right now plus it's a sustainable resource, so woohoo on that. Wallpaper in the kitchen is a no go. I'd love to refinish the cabinets to a darker wood. There weren't really a lot of pictures, so that's all I can think of right now. OH! And have my dad build some built-ins on either side of the fireplace.
It is fun to critique the houses. Phil will show me some that are either really nice or really horrible that he comes across while working.

They also own the lot across the street from them, and I told Justin to call and see if they would sell that lot seperately and he could just build there and have his Lake House he so badly wants.
