MY HOUSE! MY HOUSE! The one I love that I posted here in April, it's gone down in price into what might be our price range when we think about moving in a year. Damn the prepayment penalty on this damn mortgage that's not up for another 14 months. THE HOUSE IS TAUNTING ME!

Phil and I have decided to just refinance, but I still love to look. :)

Phil and I are thinking of buying a new house. He spends so much time here, I think he's getting claustraphobic. We're shooting hopefully for July for two reasons. 1.
