Du tysta, du glädjerika sköna...

I'm probably an anomaly among fic readers because I love WIPs. Love them to death! Updated every day, slow in coming, or stopped altogether - it doesn't matter. So, fic WIP recs under the cut. Mostly Spike/Buffy, because there tend not to be a lot of really good, plotty WIPs in the VM fandom. Which is a real shame, in my opinion.

WIP recs! )

*SQUEE* Thank you so much for the rec, sweetie! And for the lovely words. *many hugs*

(I'm glad I was able to update, lest I make the may-not-ever-be finished list. *G* Though I do agree with you: completed or not, they deserve many re-readings. I've done so myself.)

Of course, I love your WIP. I probably wouldn't have put your WIP in the never-finished section even if you hadn't just updated because I've never heard you mention abandoning it.

Aww, thanks for the rec, dear! I really appreciate being mentioned here and I DO hope to update more often now! It's really awesome that you re-read the whole fic each time I post. That's dedication. :)

I'm also so happy to see you are already intrigued by All Fall Down! I'll be co-writing a chapter for it (Chap. 6) with sadiekate, so I hope you continue to enjoy and follow along.

Thanks again!

Well, update or no, I'll probably be rereading it soon. Though I'm finding a lot of new fic these days, what with the new archive and the sudden upsurge of S/B fic. And I, quite frankly, can't wait for the virtual season to get underway. =)

You're the reader every WiP writer hopes to have: patient, understanding, and most of all, you have the fortitude to stick with us! Thanks for the rec and the readership--both are greatly appreciated! :)

I'm not so sure I'd call it fortitude since it's hardly a hardship for me, but I'm pleased you're pleased I'm pleased. Or something.

Oh, not even close! But I am extremely forgetful, so apart from the few that popped into mind immediately (Waking the Dead, Holding the Curve and the ones I'd read just recently) I mostly just skimmed over my S/B rec post and my VM fic post. It's been so long since I've updated either that I doubt your latest made it in. =)

Oh, by the way, you were looking for Dr Who icons, right? puppetoflove just posted a set from the latest episode...which I can't remember the name of right now, but the one on the space station, in case you're still looking.

Huge thanks for the rec, and there's a couple in this list that I haven't read (well, plus every VM fic cause that hasn't made the UK yet as far as I know). Friending you back.

No problem!

VM season 1 has aired in the UK, last summer, if I'm not mistaken. And someone on my flist just announced that season 2 is starting tonight at 8 pm (so, in a couple of hours) on Living (or somesuch. I don't live in the UK so I'm not sure what the channel is called). In my opinion, season 2 isn't as great as season 1, and watching it will spoil you for the resolution to the mystery in season 1, but if you're interested you could check it out right now. Or in two hours, as it were.
