Oh god, that sounds awful. But I really LOLed at "I SAW THE CLAIRE DANES MOVIE!" rofl!

I've heard that Virgin are the BEST planes ever and that the staff are pretty nice too. Richard Branson actually launched his first international Virgin planes here - just domestic ones within Aus (we have virgin atlantic now too I think) and there has never been a bad report about them - except I think for when they carry animals. But the whole airline has been sold now I think, so who knows what its like.

Did you have the option of wrapping your bags in that giant plastic wrap stuff? They do it at airports here for people, it'd be like the only way I'd fly so I didnt get accused of being a terrorist. lol.

Virgin is really wonderful. I'm sad I have to fly through those evil bastard places in the States in order to get on Virgin again, I don't think they go to my home in Canada (or anywhere in Canada?) at all. The staff WAS totally awesome. It was a great experience after my day, let me tell you.

Hmm, no! I've never heard of that plastic wrap thing. I'm sure the only reason, ONLY reason, I was harassed was because I was flying through the US. Secondary searches like the people wanting to see what was in my fluffy slipper was fine. What I went through going through the US was totally over the top.

oh man... I would have been freaking out. That's happened to me a few times... being alone in big scary airports running from terminal to terminal trying to make flights. hate hate hate. But at least the last flight you were on spoiled you and you got there in one piece (with your bags!) :)
