This is the part of the year where I regale you non-hockey people with my meanderings about the NHL playoffs. As I write Anaheim and Phoenix are locked in a shoot-out that will determine who Vancouver will place in the first round. I missed the last round of the playoffs prediction-wise, mostly because I was hmming and hahing over the possibilities. It was really tough to call, but I'm sure that no one Predicted Ottawa to win 3 in a row against Buffalo (though I'm sure at least one person picked them to win in 5).
