Hello everyone. Yesterday Allie, Rachel and I had our first meet for the winter track season 2004-2005 WOO REPRESENT. Lol sorry I just felt like doing that. Well today at track I almost passed out. Mr. Fredericksen made us squat for 30 seconds and then again for 35 seconds and apparently my leg muscles were getting worked so hard that they really needed oxygen. Today I felt sick at school so I didn't go to track. I'm missing a work out and even though I hate work outs, I don't want to be behind everyone in the conditioning process so I'm kinda mad that I'm sick. Today is Sunday. USUALLY on Sundays Jacob comes over and we have a fun time. However, I have a stupid history paper to complete today, and so he can't come over. :( :( This is like the third Sunday in a row that he hasn't been able to come over. So I just got back from track where we had a very hard work out. Let me break it down for you...you know the long part of one side of the track? It's 100 meters. We had to sprint that...25 TIMES. 5 sets of 5, with like 3 minutes in between each set. IT WAS REALLY HARD. But now I feel really good lalala. I felt like I was gonna throw up a few ( Read more... )
