I might sound like a traitor to fandom at large for this but I wasn't very impressed with Heroes last night. I wrote a not so favorible quibble over at Wicked-Insanity if anyone is interested. I have been trying, I really have - but I'm just having problems getting overly interested in the characters as the season continues. In the beginning there ( Read more... )

Heroes is kinda losing me too. I am still watching, but it's pretty sure at this point that this is never going to be a fandom I write and play around in a lot.

I'm probably not going to quit watching, but Mondays are bare for me so that's not saying a whole lot. I'm just very disappointed that finally a genre show gets this much press and attention and this is what they have done with it. It's kinda sad.

The Office IS easily addictive, once you get rolling with the characters. And in spite of all the hype/fan obsession, it's hard not to get hooked on Jim and Pam - or Jam. Seriously an "awww"-worthy not-quite-couple.

Dexter is something else, that's for sure. Like I mentioned before, I almost accidentally stumbled across it, but am glad I did. Definitely disturbing and tough to watch for the imagery and psychological implications at times (in high def, it's even creepier), but well acted and written. Michael C. Hall is perfect for that role.

And like you said, I already did my gushing over BSG at W-I, so no more here. I also blurbed on Veronica from last night, too. All I can say is "temporary 'yay'?" with an "uugggh" of angst to follow. It's rough when the LoVe has me by the short hairs. Great TV.
