Oh, for frak's sake. UEFA's special heated balls strike again. Never mind that it's Liverpool yet again and everyone in the known universe is SO BORED with that tie, what happened to playing in a European competition in order to play teams that are actually from Europe? hey, Michel has just retired ;) it was the best news of this autumn)
draw is the evil. it's not that I surprised of Chelsea/Liverpool clash AT ALL... but MU's potential road to Rome seems to become real. let's call it luck. but, eh, isn't there too much luck for them during this (and previous) season? well. we're going to struggle anyway :)
btw, remember that Bridgey's tatoo thing? I don't know if you had been able to see some proof of that once again, and nevertheless - I'd like to show you a few screencaps 'cause I finally found that game :)

I hadn't heard that about Michel! That is good news, but unfortunately it's a few years too late to undo all the damage he's done to Chelsea since awarding the 'ghost goal' instead of booking Baros for the foul on Cech. No doubt UEFA will replace him with someone equally adept at failing to punish teams who kick Chelsea players in the head in the penalty box.

Thanks for the photos! I still can't tell what the tattoo is, but it's nice to know I wasn't imagining the shame of the tramp stamp. ;) Silly Bridgey!

The only positive thing I can say about this tie is that at least Mike Riley will not be able to officiate it, but when Lubos Michel is the alternative that's not really much of a comfort.

LOL, I did laugh at that. I think I'd have cried if not. ;)

The only good thing about the tie is that I think we'll beat them, but apart from that, i'm not looking forward to it at all. Same boring comments from Liverpool about how they always beat Chelsea, even though they don't, and as you say, there's bound to be some controversial decision against Chelsea. Meh.
