"You don’t actually believe that," Luke says. "I can tell you’re lying. I can tell! How can I tell?"

It's interesting that Luke has no memories of them as a couple, but he knows Reid on this level. I am hopeful.

Reid looks at him, his eyes sharp. "You're my family, Luke," he says, mouth pressing into a hard line. "And you don't remember me."

Oh, Reid. :(

Reid snorts. “The last four years might not mean anything to you,” he says. “But they mean more to me than the 36 years that came before them.”

I feel bad for the both of them, but my heart is breaking for Reid.

I am glad Luke can admit to himself that there was a strong attraction between them from the beginning. I think he can definitely fall for Reid again, but I hope his memories return.

If anything I love the whole learning why he fell for Reid in the first is the only thing keeping me sane right now but still at least Luke isn't denying his attraction to him. Dammit though Noah's name had to be utter at the most inopportune time.

Loving this story can't wait for tomorrow.

PS. And I love that 2010!Luke gets to experience a Reid in love. To be at the receiving end of loving care and also the frustration of Reid not being able to love freely/fully and how Luke can see that.

So glad you're enjoying the juxtaposition of 2010 Luke and 2014 Reid! It was such an interesting idea to me, I'm glad you think I've done it justice! Phew!
