Nice job! I knew this was male pregnancy before I started reading but for some reason when I read this part "with a big belly" I almost dropped what I had in my hand.

As a general rule i'm not a fan of MPreg, but I decided to read anyway, mainly because it was from April's POV. I'm glad I did, it was really heartbreaking and the song fit perfectly. It was really refreshing to read an external person's POV. Good job :)
