Weirdly though, the Y!M in my laptop does work. But right now, I'm afraid to use it for it may cause my laptop to crash this time. x_X

YES! First, my Y!M didn't want to log me in. Then when I turned my computer back on the next day, it kept on restarting and restarting and restarting.

I wonder if the problem's rooted in Y!M... did you guys try to fix your brother's computer already?
