I think it's pretty funny.. You KNOW it's because of freakin Gwen Stefani making Harajuku girls the world's new hot phenomenom (I personally think her making a Harajuku girls digital camera is 500 times more lame than manga hair gel).. The question I'm wondering though, is DOES IT WORK? Because no hair gel or spray has ever been able to make my hair do anything (besides lay flat) for more than 3 minutes.
