Okay, so who knows how to make a layout? I want to do it myself. I am good at designing things, but I just have NOOOOOOOO CLUE how to make an lj layout. So, any help is greatly appreciated for me.

I'm redoing the community. I've decided this. It may take me awhile, but new layout, new user info, new application. Don't worry about the changes, they will be for the best! The community should be finished by January, but no guarantees. I'll do my best!
