Just wondering who is still using LJ? or have we all, in the throes of our shortened attention spans, switched to Facebook? My "friends" page is oddly empty! Granted, I haven't logged into LJ in probably two years!

Wow, LiveJournal helpfully informed me that it's been 27 weeks since I updated this journal. That's, like, more than half a year. And of course, my next realization is that that coincided almost exactly with when I started dating Eric...coincidence? Not entirely sure on that one. So I'd be lying if I said I'd meant to post ages ago...I haven't even had time to read the magazines I like in the last two months...and forget about novels. 2nd day on the wards was today…it’s starting to seem more familiar already. I was surprised initially that the windows on the wards are always open, and don’t have screens…the better to ventilate, I suppose. There isn’t much privacy here; the beds are all next to each other, although the patients do have small tables and nightstands, as at home ( Read more... )
