I think that would qualify as legal language and, as such, not be subject to those sorts of restrictions. Even the most rabid supporters of IP regimes will generally admit that contracts and disclaimers and the like can't be subject to such.

i hate the option to double post and am about to make a similarly phrased post to my blog.

LJ is where i vent about stupid shit on facebook a good amount of the time.
