That's what I was thinking too, I spoke to her just earlier today and turns out she met a girl at the psych ward who she's gonna live with til she gets her own apartment...
Well it's up to my sister, really. I don't think she's mentally in a place to deal with any more fuss than she has to, she's taken the very same passive aggressive survival technique that I did when I lived at home - working on spare-flame so as to have enough energy for the necessary things. I think it'll be just enough when she gets to move away, I don't think he'll come after her or anything then.

If you can't press charges, with what you got, a judge should at the very least be able to issue a restraining order on this incident alone.
