But infections can make you sick... I don't- Papa would think I'm even more useless...

I'm- hurt, yes. But it's alright, this is nothing after all- I'm doing my best to be a good girl for Papa. Papa wouldn't be very happy if I let myself become useless, after all.

-Yes, Papa must not want Nana hurt. That's-... that makes me happy.

Matt let me know where the house was. He waited for me and took care of me when I came. He was- upset at the look of my hurt places, but he was nice and helped bandage me up well and now I'm in the room with the big puffy chairs and the big... piano, Matt said it was.

I've never had a wound that wasn't serious. But Nana-... but I'm a good girl, and I've always been okay in the end. It's necessary, you know- it means that I'm helpful to Papa, when I get hurt and keep on going.

...Papa. Papa asked me to please do him a favor and I messed-up badly. He wanted me to bring Lucy home and to come back safe, but Lucy hurt me and got away...
