There's definitely going to be some spoilers involving canon characters, but for everything outside of them, it's pretty much a new start on the game. So no real spoilers there, except for the ones relating to the Reapers' Game.

the original characters from The World Ends With You can appear in this, except there's one little catch: the original players don't remember a thing about the Reapers' Game, except for Neku, but can actually see what's going on in the Reapers' Game; though they can't interact with the new players.

Does this mean that Joshua, having been both Composer and Player in the Game, has lost his memory as well and is just an ordinary human? Just to clarify things so I don't mess something up.

That depends on whoever plays him wants. He could have lost his memory and be ordinary now or he could remember everything about being the Composer and still be the same person he was in the game. There's nothing specific other than the fact that he's been knocked off of the throne. However, if there's something in the game about what happens to Composer after they've been 'replaced', then I'd go with that.

This is more of a character-specific question because I've an idea for my app but not sure if it'd work.

Is it possible for neutral characters to be former Players, but "live" in the UG?

Sure! That sort of happened with Mr. Hamekoma, who I think of as a neutral character of sorts, so that's perfectly fine.

Query concerning Hiiraga Touya's profile: as written, he's an exception to the starting default on pin slots. Does this continue to hold true, or does he get four pin slots PLUS the combat style I wrote up?

Since this changed a bit, then he would have four pin slots and still have his ability.

Suuuper quick question~ For the Game Masters and such... when they're defeated at the end of the week, does that necessarily mean they have to be erased in battle? Oooor depending on the character can we use the term defeat loosely? DANCEBATTLEFTWLOLZJK

Well, to go along with what erasing's going to mean in the RP, they do get 'erased' but actually are all fine and dandy; but something bad happens to them like with the players, maybe something along the lines of puppetry or being possessed, though you still get to control them.

I seriously should've put a set date for that. D: There's a lot of applications piling up...

All applications will be looked over on Wednesdays. If there's a lot, then it'll be on the Monday and Friday of that week. However, since they've been sitting there for a bit, I'm going to look over all of the applications on there today, rather than tomorrow.
