So this is not the next chapter of the Foundations podfic. This is just me surfacing briefly to say I'm a bit behind, but the next chapter will be coming soon. Please don't stress, we (royal or plural as you prefer!) are just extremely grateful that you are willing to share your work with the rest of us.

And besides, using a Firefly quote will gain my forgiveness for much worse crimes than running a bit late with something you are doing for free and for fun because of the evilness of work!

Obviously that would be more impressive if I'd been a regular commentator. But I only got into the H/D fandom a couple of months ago and I've been so busy reading I owe several thousand comments...

I'm totally pleased to be friended! It warms the cockles of my heart (whatever cockles are) whenever I get a notification that someone has friended me.

And yeah, I occasionally have the thought "wouldn't life be simpler if I was a barista at Starbucks?" It would certainly give me more time for recording. On the other hand, I would not be able to afford to buy as many pairs of shoes. Life's just full of difficult choices, innit?

Was just about to email you and thought I'd check your journal for signs of life and lo and behold! :) Goodness, don't stress about taking your time with the chapter, we all appreciate that rl is the evilness at times and I also know that my chapters are insanely long! And chapter eight is a particularly difficult one.
