It appears that the landlady downstairs isn't doing too well. I've lived in this place since 2007, and then already she was in her 70s I think. Now, 14 years later, she's at least 88 years old I believe. Never had any close friendship with her or anything but I would always make small talk when I saw her and she always made clear she was happy to
