 So I'm feeling overwhelmed by passwords. I now have a warning letter in my personel folder because I didn't bring my INFECTIOUS ENTEROCOLIS to work to share with coworkers and patients.
By the way, I called in every morning, andI worked at home during part of that time. And I have a huge amount of accumilated sick time.
What kind of health care facility forces sick people to come to work? .

OHSUs current strategy for cullling the budget of excess workers without paying for layoffs seems to be driving people away by lowering moral, and finding excuses for terminating people in loopholes in the contract and infractions that would normally be considered minor: normal human error that has no real dire consequence.
