It's amazing how children background the abuse in their lives, especially when they're only indirectly affected. This sounds excellent, and tasty!

I can't believe I didn't know about this! I love Madhur Jaffrey enormously and have since I read her memoir about her childhood, Seasons of Splendour. I just ordered the audiobook of this to give my mum (who got me hooked on Jaffrey's cooking and writing) for mother's day (Sunday in the UK) so thank you for turning me on to it!
