Just to clarify, the moderators only require an LJ-cut for large pictures, lists of previously read books and for spoilers.

So really it is a matter of what you want to do if an entry is long.

Right on. I just got a very snippy comment about the length of my last entry, and didn't feel like dealing with it again. It's a shame people can't just scroll (like I do) past the long entries, but...meh, whatev :)
