35. Dead and Gone (Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampires, Book 9) - Harris, Charlaine (reread)
36. Dead in the Family (Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampires, Book 10) - Harris, Charlaine
I started Dead in the Family but was completely lost, so I went back to reread Dead and Gone first. I really, really liked Dead in the Family. Definitely better than I liked the few leading up to it, though I enjoyed the Dead and Gone reread, too. I'm not sure what was better about #10, though. Sookie was definitely way less annoying than I remember her being in previous books. FINALLY. Still, no matter how annoying she gets in the books, it's still worlds better than in the True Blood show.
I've already started Lament: The Faerie Queen's Deception by Maggie Stiefvater. I'm also probably going to read Spirit Bound (Vampire Academy, Book 5) by Richelle Mead, but for now I've only downloaded a sample of it. I've got to start reading longer books. I can't afford to spend $50 a week on ebooks!
