Charley's nursing school is taking its toll on all of us last night she did not sleep, today she had a 12 hour clinical and when she got home Sam who has been beggin her not to study finally got tierd of being neglected and threw her lap-top off the bed. After a few minutes of anger she got the hint and lay next to him until he fell asleep.

Yesterday we had a seminar with the man himself, we learned variations on moves and he talked a bit about the philosophy of Bjj and of team Gracie Barra. I get the impression that if he was evil he could lead some kind if doomsday cool aid cult or maybe organized crime.
