I figured I could catch the Kraken with one of those little ball things, so I bought one and threw it at it like you're supposed to. But it didn't catch him, it just bounced right off and hit that onion duck thing I've been splitting lunch with and it caught that instead

I can't even tell what's a Pokemon or just a regular chimera anymore. Here I thought I'd finally catch that stupid thing...

A chiwhatta? Look, you should try getting a Pokedex. If you don't know if it's a Pokemon or not, just point your 'dex at it and see what it has to say.

You're... not very good at Pokemon, are you? After you catch one, you train it! Practice for contest-thingies! Try the Pokeathlon! Just keep it as a pet! Teach it to perform in musicals, for all I care. The important thing is that you've just made a new friend. What matters most is that you give it lots of love!

How big are we talking about? Is it powerful? Does it have any weaknesses?

Huge. It's got a big weakness for steak but it keeps breaking even my strongest lines. Even a bunch of lines braided together. So I'd say it's powerful.

I don't think the Kraken is a Pokemon, Lighter. I think it's just a regular monster. Like Harley.

No-one has ever thrown a Pokeball at me, but I can guarantee you that it wouldn't work.

I kinda wonder the same things about Pokemon inside Pokeballs though.... it really can't be good for them to be cooped up so small. You might wanna let it out? I'm sure itt'd rather be swimming around than in there.

I don't think there's anything "regular" about monsters. Or Pokemon. Anyway, it's really hard to tell what's what.

The girl that trains them says they're built to be comfy for them. Somehow. But I think I'll keep her out most of the time. Just keep an eye on any sandwiches you have.
