The theme this month was "24H ~our time~". duet asked him 5 questions about the different ways he spends his time, and he provided a 1-day schedule.

You can click on the picture to enlarge it, or look at the text I put in the spoiler underneath it.

[One Day Schedule]0:00-2:00 self-maintenance & games - Something like mental concentration? For about an hour, I just space out. I sit in silence. It's probably the same feeling as the meditation Shige often does.
2:00-8:00 sleep
8:00-8:30 laze around
8:30-9:00 shower
9:00-11:00 beauty salon
11:00-12:00 eat
12:00-16:00 watching movies - I go to the movie theatre to see them. I go without remembering what I was going to see (laughs). I often watch 2 movies in a row when I go. Recently, I saw "Ant-Man".
16:00-18:00 eat
18:00-20:00 gym - After eating, I go to the gym. If I don't go after eating, I don't have enough strength, and it seems that this time is when muscles are most efficient.
20:00-21:00 bath
21:00-23:00 karaoke
23:00-24:00 shower

Morning time
I'm really weak with mornings... Because I can't really wake up, I always end up being like "oh no!" and dashing to get ready. Though my ideal is to eat hotcakes for breakfast and soak up the morning sun while drinking coffee... I want to spend my mornings like that (laughs). Ah, but I always make sure I drink water in the morning.

Eating time
Recently, I've found that going out to eat on my own is fun. I've been going to yakiniku and sushi restaurants often. Meeting people at the restaurants are fun too. The other day at the sushi restaurant, I met a cute grandma. It seemed like she came from Tokyo, even though she was eating the head of a sea bream she asked "is this salmon?"! It was the first time I'd met her, but I did a tsukkomi of "no matter how you look at it, it's a sea bream!" without thinking. And then she told me "as expected of a Kansai person" (laughs).

Off time
About 3 days a week, I go by myself to karaoke! I go not only because I like to sing, but also in order to relieve stress, so it's like killing two birds with one stone! I also sing Johnny's songs. The other day, I sang V6's "Arigatou no Uta" and "Darling".

Work time
There's the Osaka Marathon, "Doyoru no Konamon Quest","Little Tokyo Life" and many other very hard location shoots, but I enjoy all of them. In "Little Tokyo Life", I've experienced various part-time jobs, and have also been able to study them. The location shoot that left an impression was probably harvesting corn. When I see baby corn now, my tension rises. I think, "we've also harvested this. Because there's people who made it, the corn can be eaten".

Relaxation time
Recently, my relaxation time is looking at pictures of puppies. There was a pet shop near the location shoot I did earlier, so I went to go see it. I was surprised at how small and cute they were... I wanted to go back to the shop for a puppy, but I thought it's still impossible for me, so I have to endure! If I were to buy one, I would get a long-hair chihuahua or a toy poodle... or something big like a Doberman would also be fine.
