The theme for this month was letters, so he talks about fan letters he's received, a letter he remembers vividly, a letter that he wrote, and some recent events.
Things that were often written to you in fan letters from a long time ago, things that are often written now
In the past, people wrote me about my eyebrows. Like, "your eyebrow thickness is good (laughs)". A little bit before this, people often wrote "it'd be better if your dancing was firmer." In the choreography of our song that excites people, "Eejanaika," Hama-chan, who's older than me, is dancing excitedly. However, I'm not doing the choreography with all my strength, I'm doing it softly. It seems like he could be called the "the ministry of energy dance" (laughs). Because the elder is really doing his best, conversely I stand out (laughs).
An impressive letter. A letter that you remember
For my debut celebration, about four of my friends went around to my middle school classmates and my kindergarten and middle school teachers, and collected messages from them in an album. When I read them I cried.
What's an experience where you wrote a letter seriously?
I think I've written letters to my mom, my sister, and my dad. Recently, I've been sending a lot of messages to my family (laughs). When I was in kindergarten, I sent a letter and a picture I drew to my favourite teacher every day. It was pure. I liked her (laughs). After kindergarten, I think I mostly didn't write them. Otherwise I probably write them for friends' birthdays. I write them often, but I don't remember the contents. But the shape of a letter remains; you get a taste of what someone's handwriting is like.
Recent status
Local food is really good! Recently I'm addicted to eating the local food at places we're at for our concert. In Nagoya it was "
hitsumabushi" "
Nagoya Cochin" "miso noodle stew", in Fukuoka it was "
mizutaki." Sometimes the staff all went out to eat, and because I could also eat local food in the dressing room, I was happy. Because I consume a lot of energy during the concerts, I don't gain weight when eating (laughs). Rather, if I don't eat properly I won't have enough physical strength. I also properly drink drinks that contain salt. Because if I'm not careful, I'll collapse from dehydration.
