Jacob made three batches of soup today... chili, french onion and broccoli cheese. I made chocolate chip cookies.

Tomorrow we're going to his dad's to celebrate his 50th birthday. Over the hill, yay?

We got a dog!! Her name is Zoey! I'm pretty sure she came from an abusing household... She's super-timid and a scaredy cat but super-loving. I hope in time she'll flinch less and be more normal, but that'll take some training and lots of love.

I've been freaking out about money lately. I have about 1k in debt right now that is weighing on my shoulders from the wedding.

I picked up a little overtime last week and I'm doing 5 more hours this week. On top of July 4 holiday pay, my next paycheck should look very nice.

I'm getting married tomorrow.
