His form jumps slightly, as if surprised, and slowly he rolls onto his back, eying the ceiling. Then, just as slowly, he sits up, carefully looking around. It's as if he's expecting

[Alex has been here for a while now, and while he's no happier about it, it's getting familiar and therefore he's a lot better at pretending to be.

[He breathes in, and flips on the video. Alex's face appears on Jay's screen, tense-looking, with dark circles under his eyes. The wall of the room behind him is conspicuously not covered in frantic scribblings, but that's because he keeps them in drawers away from the eyes of everyone else.]

[He stares for a bit. His face doesn't move but he's giving serious thought to finding that son of a bitch and punching him straight in the head. He leans back and gives what can only be described as a :| face, his voice deadpan. He looks just as damn tired as Alex, but considerably less excitable.]
